I chose Hello Lisbon Santa Apolonia for its convenient location near the Lisbon Cathedral. I was pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning service, which helped me make the most of my stay. The living room with dining area was a great feature that allowed me to prepare my own meals. The array of typical restaurants serving Portuguese delicacies along with Fado music was a delightful experience. Additionally, the continental breakfasts offered daily were a nice touch.
The lack of privacy option for the bed area, with only wooden grills as doors, was a minor drawback. However, given the size of the room, closing off the bed area completely might have made it feel claustrophobic.

Location close to metro. Helpful and efficient hosts. We loved automated check-in too. Everything was simply great.
Water should be added.

A stunning apartment, superb stay.
The staff here was always really kind, and I loved being close to a train station. All rooms were cosy and incredible. Had lovely, scrumptious breakfast. Don’t leave without trying the food at As Ladras next to the venue.

It will be nice when they've finished it. It's apartments, not a hotel - no reception, no people, you get an email with a code for entry to the front door and to your suite. Big suite, trendy white with a slate bathroom. Bottle of wine and cheese and melba toasts were provided, nice touch. Facing Santa Appolonia train terminus and the docks but quiet due to good glazing. Very convenient if like me you are using the train to go to Porto (or the sleeper to Madrid) or use the metro system. Easy one-change metro/train journey from airport. Easy walk to Fado Museum and fado bars. More 'real Lisbon' than the faceless modern developments around Oriente station.
They haven't finished it. I was clearly the first person to have stayed in my room and they are still snagging things that are not ready. The wi-fi only worked on my final day and the smart TV access didn't work at all so I spent a lot on roaming mobile internet. The motion-sensor lights in my black corridor didn't work so I was groping in the dark. I had to break the seals on the bathroom dispensers because whoever installed them didn't know they had to. They are still fixing the pavement around the place and the area is a bit tired. Need to get on the metro or bus to get to the main tourist spots.

The location of Hello Lisbon Santa Apolonia was perfect for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to the metro and cultural neighborhood of Alfama. The virtual check-in/out process was convenient and efficient. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-decorated, with a nice view of the river. The cleanliness was commendable, and it had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

A Home Away from Home: The apartments offer the opportunity for guests to prepare their own meals, just like having your own personal chef. So you can enjoy delicious homemade meals without even lifting a finger.
Lack of Coffee Supplies: No sugar or coffee provided, but hey, at least there's a coffee machine!

I stayed at Hello Lisbon Santa Apolonia Apartments for a night, as I needed a place near the train station before catching an early morning train to Porto. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride from the airport, and close to both the train and metro stations. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a modern design. The housekeeper was very helpful in resolving any issues. The app made it easy to communicate with the staff, and the WiFi connection was excellent. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
